Customer Contacts
A Customer Contacts report will list all contacts made with all or specific customers, during a defined date range, or can focus on just one contact type.
Access |
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Customers. |
Grant permission to the individual report > Customers > Customer Contacts |
Create Your Report
Choose a Report Order of either
- ID- Customer ID
- Name- Customer Name
- Phone- Customer Phone as found in Phone 1 on the account
- Date- Date of the Contact
Select the type of Contact, Historical or Upcoming.
Enter a Customer Group then use operators to indicate how the account groups should be used by clicking on it. Select
- Greater than or equal to
- Less than or equal to
- Equal to
- Not equal to
All Dates selected by default in Date Selection. Remove the checkmark and select
- Start Date- Enter a Start Date
- End Date- Enter an End Date
In the User Selection section All Users are selected by default. Remove the checkmark and enter a User ID or select F12 to search.
All Contact Type selected by default. Select one or multiple Contact Types to narrow the focus of the report.
Select an AR Filter to filter the customers included on the report. See Using a Customer Filter for more information.
Export- Select Export then select a file location the produced report will be saved.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
The Cust. ID Customer ID and Name Name appears.
Customer Phone as found in the Phone 1 field on the account and Cityfor the account.
Customer Type as set on the account
- Member
- NonMember - Producer
- NonMember - Non Producer
- Member Contract - Non Voting
Contact Date/Time indicates the date and time contact was recorded for the customer and By provides who contacted the customer, The number of Users depends on the selection in the User Selection field.
Contact Type displays the type of contact made with the customer.
Any Notes and Comments included on the contact are added to the report.
If included, Next Contact provides the date entered for a next contact.
